the drunken swine may have gotten a continuance with his "i would like more time to try to secure counsel" plea. according to altisticright's post a couple pages back, he is due to appear again on december 16th, 2022. if he doesn't manage to get his fat ass there, that's contempt of court for disregarding the order to appear (for december 16th and for december 2nd), on another contempt of court regarding the original order to appear (via zoom on august 13th).

the weird thing is that the august 13th order isn't listed on the "events" document, even though the court issued an order demanding his appearance, in person, on december 2nd to show just cause for not appearing on august 13th.

Maybe the court called The Gunt and, having flashbacks to having to trot Momma Ralph to dialisys told them to "eat a dick". So the court just figured they called at a bad time.

Ralph and Vickers being the same petty fat guy arguing over the internet is hilarious. If Ralph didn’t have access to the internet and kept his drinking under control he could’ve grown up to be Vickers
 
Imagine the level of self awareness Vickers must have that he genuinely believes that he lives in Ralph's head and not the other way around.

You are supposed to use the legal system as a way to obtain relief you deserve, not to harass people you dislike. Even when those people are personally detestable in their own ways.

Correct, but the difference is that with Ralph's head I have to assume there's some sort of a timeshare arrangement given the number of feuds that Ralph has.

Why would he give a fuck if he is found in contempt of court? The only time he would have to come to the US is from dumbass AF conference.
 
It's hard to believe Ralph actually wants anything to do with Lil Xannie but given Vickers' track record I assume Ralph will have full custody by the end of the year

Even if his crusade is righteous and justified, he has to portray himself in the dumbest and spergiest tryhard manner possible. This entire tree of spergery could have just been one tweet. When you try to wrestle with a hog you're going to end up covered in the same mud.

Vickers can't help but lower himself to Ralph's level, and given that he is an older and, on paper, more responsible person IMO it looks worse for him. If he had a scrap of self awareness in him he'd leave the internet to focus on his family but its clear he doesnt really care about his grandchild or even his daughter.

Vickers might be doing dumb shit, but it has to be annoying the hell out of Ralph, so I am happy for it to continue. :story:
