Nah, the person's art has a cutesy, almost south-park style charm (not cutouts, but the character shapes and appearance are very that south park style). I don't think they're a lolcow, they don't sperg out and behave like one, but StarryFan, another of Deceptihog001's friends, certainly could be a potential one.

At this point, he might as well go after the admins for not "Stopping these people from stealing mah artwork". I really wouldn't be surprised he he did that one of these days.

Actually, I think he's aware enough to realize that timezones aren't going to make a difference of a week, but too autistic to accurately express the idea when he's raging.
