I'm going to go ahead and blame his inability to answer that question as self-unquestioned, unbridled self-entitlement/narcissism.

I think simplicity might be more effective. Ask him why he asks and expects people to do what he tells them, but other people can't expect him to do what they tell him.

I'm pretty sure PunishedHog, Venomhog and NakedHog are all the same guy, and I'm also sure he's a lurking kiwifarmer, since he somehow took the guy's suggestion to make a stick figure in his deviations. I don't think that Deceptihog001 is the same guy as that. If he was he'd have to know about kiwifarms, and I don't believe he knows because he'd have popped up on the forum by now.
