On this deviation he gets angry at someone for commenting instead of faving.

Wouldn't he still be angry anyway, if the person doesn't have art of their own?

Maybe they don't want to waste their time arguing with such an exceptional individual. dA slapfights just aren't worth the time or energy.

I think it's most of them are too nice/polite to do so, the vast majority being extremely confused and perhaps even too upset to process what he just did when he does so, and his friends are all ass-patters maintaining his hugbox. I know of one other person that tried to set him straight when cruising his pages, and he wouldn't listen to them, either.

Update: Just because it's in Dutch doesn't mean we don't have the means to understand it...

I'm pretty sure 'hog has no idea how Llama badges work. You can't return them. Besides, you can just ignore them by not looking at them after receiving them (that's what I do).

I know, but it'd be funnier to see his reaction. More so if they just up and block him and he complains about it in his journal.

I have to agree to this as well. It's pretty funny that he gets annoyed at something so trivial, but he's mostly remaining tactful and not going full-blown rage. He might have to be pushed a little to get him to say something funny, but it just seems like too much effort for a lolcow.
