Hm... Maybe that's why he wanted so much to do the marathon this saturday?

I think he has been aware of this bill for at least a week now, no?
If he even checks this case. I bet he will know today because he made a cursory glance over his thread. Or he still thinks that this was voided by the bankruptcy. Just imgaine if Midfirst goes for the cherry on top (the deficency). Phil would get a real stroke face on stream

If it’s 2000$ then we will get a new begathon for sure.

I hope not. That begathon was supposed to be a POSITIVE REWARD for 250 people paying him $4 a month. If he does a begathon despite not reaching the goal, the detractors win and people get rewarded without paying him membership fees!

No, he will just tell his little cult that he was totally blindsided because everyone told him that his old condo wasn't an issue anymore because of the bankruptcy and since he let it go willingly (hahaha) but now some brain dead idiot of a judge has forced him to call again for help. Because Phil does never ever ever anything wrong. and to sweeten it he will then add "If i had time and money I would sue that judge for the damage he has caused me. REEEEEEEEE"

Anyone ever heard the tale about the Pigroach who cried ''Muh Bills''?

This is what happens when you live on credit and tips and never pay what you owe. Now Phils income is steadily shrinking this nice piece of karma bites him in his ass

Let's see if the ''anonymous fan'' who donated Phil and Xbox and a Chair , after a begathon to pay his bills, will stump up money for this.

And how much does Phil owe the Government with his back taxes included? Got to be into double figures. The IRS are going to be sick of his shit eventually

Enjoy your $50 dollar doordash ''snack'' Phil, you earned it :story:

The IRS pulls up and he runs into the bathroom to hide.

no wonder he wanted 3 fundraisers this month, feasting with the pig marathon, halloween begathon, and the monthly mortgage fundraiser
He could have easily do 3 begatons, whatever he calls it, marathons... but he tied it to money, like its a reward for fans. He dont wants to admit he does frequent begathons, but dont worry, he will get there soon. He is just a bit slow in the head.

With Phil not coming to court and actively defending himself I think he's setting himself up to be hit hard. I legit think they are coming for blood.

He's certainly making it a lot cheaper to go after him. They know he's already declared bankruptcy recently so they can collect at their leisure.

Do you think he's paid the 2,332.51 he owes from the plaintiff's bill of costs? And what happens if he doesn't? Is there a time frame? Can he be held in contempt or have his wages garnished?

Personally I imagine he's just ignoring it and running out whatever clock before they just give up but I find it hard to believe you can just ignore that forever.

They likely won't give up. Some companies are like vultures when you owe them money.

He doesn't have wages. They could probably garnish his paypig donations, though, if they bothered figuring out where they are. More likely they just put a lien on the Wakahndo. I think they can also foreclose on it, forcing the sale of the property, so he has the choice of either coughing it up like a little bitch or being forced out of his one remaining symbol of adulthood.

They're probably in no big rush and waiting for the final resolution of the case and maybe deciding whether they go for a deficiency judgment. After all, if he's punking out on even defending the case, and defaults on it, he loses the ability to argue about it later even if he could now argue that it was covered by the bankruptcy.

It's typical of how this pigroach seizes defeat from the jaws of victory for something like that to happen.

The anticipation is killin me ngl. Just get it over even if he comes out unschated.

Actually, @AnOminous, if you recall, Phil is working behind the scenes with an attorney, you stupid motherfucker. Sure, no attorney has filed an appearance on behalf of Phil at any point, which they would have to do if they were representing him (pro-bono or otherwise), but would Phil lie?

This falls under the "Silent Majority."

If Phil had a dime for every excuse he made, the dude wouldn't have to beg for money.

Doesn't Phil have something akin to a wage? His monthly Youtube payment which is in essence like a wage. Could the bank / court garnish a part of that? Sure this wage is not stable but fluctuates but if they would do a little reasearch they would see that this payxment is quite substantial to at least garnish a part of it. Andf why would Midfirst stop at collecting their dues? If they pursued it until this point they would at least get their spent fees back. I would do it.
