yes. Regardless of what happens with the deficiency, the court awarded legal fees to the plaintiff. That’s, as far as I know, unavoidable. That docket mentions he is on hook for 4k in fees even if they dont win the deficiency.

That guy looks like one of DSP's followers. The guy representing Midfirst is a CT based lawyer specializing in Debt collecting and foreclosure. The final boss
Plus mature adult with a business degree. He could have rented it out and comission someone to look after it but noooooo. He kept it and tried to short sell it. Big brain moveBig Brain Phil has already paid more than he owes letting the property sit empty. Owes $80k. Paid $90k for vacant property.
Valedictorian.
with the amount of money he 'earns' he could have fully paid both condos. then he could have sold it for maximum profit or rented it. he actually found someone but phil refused to hire him because that morahn kept insisting on contacting via phone instead of emailsPlus mature adult with a business degree. His unprompted rants are the best. He brought up the foreclosure all by himself.I wasn't sure whether to post it here or the MidFirst hearing but Phil has now retconned the entire foreclosure saga in a segment which he did not upload to YouTube: He is now working "behind the scenes" with attorneys to somehow solve the foreclosure issue, never mind that he has repeatedly insisted he was insulated by the bankruptcy. I don't believe he is at risk of owing the full deficiency amount, but at a minimum it's great to realize he's so obsessed with this forum that he is constantly reading us and trying to debunk our mean words.

Phil, people send this stuff to you because you don’t do anything about it. Also, you half ass your legal documents where we have proof that you misspell your last name to Burrell.An1337's clip of Phil trying to pretend he hasn't ignored the foreclosure for a year and a half

phil really needs to stop saying "behind the scenes" it's gonna get him in trouble one dayit's funny that phil wants us to think he has his lawyers and judges going under the table outside the court of law trying to reach a deal without us knowing.

No one leaves this meeting until we all come to terms on an agreement that makes Phil Burnell happy."it's funny that phil wants us to think he has his lawyers and judges going under the table outside the court of law trying to reach a deal without us knowing.
we are all here for one reason:"Listen, I do not care if you are a judge, lawyer, litigator, or a janitor. No one leaves this meeting until we all come to terms on an agreement that makes Phil Burnell happy."
Sorry for not putting this up above but a Twitter troll found something interesting. Phil was apparently hit with a lien for not paying tax to the town of Stratford about two months ago, supposedly for not paying his sewage bill:
To be perfectly clear I cannot verify the lien's existence or amount independently but the dates of June 29 2009, August 16 2019, and October 4 2019 line up exactly with the dates in MidFirst's complaint. If this is a gay op it is remarkably thorough.![]()

That panic in his voice combined with that bout of narcissistic rage in this clip tells me that something big is coming, but I'm still tempering my expectations with aI wasn't sure whether to post it here or the MidFirst hearing but Phil has now retconned the entire foreclosure saga in a segment which he did not upload to YouTube: He is now working "behind the scenes" with attorneys to somehow solve the foreclosure issue, never mind that he has repeatedly insisted he was insulated by the bankruptcy.
