Be a real shame to see that "fuck you.......I'm not paying' video used against him.

the arc continues! along with his "family issues" ooooooo things are getting spicy now
It'd be nice if his taunting of, "fuck you I'm not gonna pay," caused them to throw him in "let's try to collect from this guy pile."I've been away a few days where do I go to laugh at Kat drama.
Also I agree with others that Midfirst probably bought 300 bad debts together as a bundle with the idea only 5-6% will turn a profit. But that still means they'll at least token effort Phil's condo if he doesnt fight it.
I'm fairly sure Midfirst Bank has already received dozens of e-mails from good samaritans linking a video of Phil saying "Fuck you" to them. Doubtful that that'd have any impact on anything they do, but it's still funny to think that someone who works there has probably seen it already. It'd be nice if his taunting of, "fuck you I'm not gonna pay," caused them to throw him in "let's try to collect from this guy pile."

Oh yeah? Do you have any links? Haven't seen thoseSome of their tweets definitely hinted at it, although being a big company the person who runs their social media isn't going to be the person who also works in their collections department.

these are pretty basic things for a financial institution to tweet about. while amusing to think it's DSP-related, you're undoubtedly drawing a connection where one doesn't exist. This was one, there was another about making a rainy day fund that I can't find at the moment

Was the property listed in his bankruptcy filing?Didn't the foreclosure saga begin prior to the bankrupcty? idk if that matters or not.

I'm pretty sure they can't come after him because of the bankruptcy. So Phil wins again!
Why'? Didn't Midfirst gain a relief from stay? Shouldn't that mean that the condo is excluded from the bankruptcy? At the very least Phil did Nothing and Midfirst has the Option to go forward with what ever comes next., Either way it will be interesting.I'm pretty sure they can't come after him because of the bankruptcy. There won't be a deficiency. Bridgeport is the hot new vacation town and Midfirst is going to make money hand-over-fist when they sell the place. Just like Phil could have if he didn't go for the quick fix.but idk if the deficiency is considered "new debt"
