a comically large (for me) joint - pretty sure it's the only way I'll make it through this thing without turning it off in disgust or facepalming so hard that my hand goes directly out the back of my skull
 
Kamala is doing herself a massive disservice if she's trying to be likeable. She is coming across as immensely condescending and is making exaggerated facial expressions like a silent film actress. Will play well on Twitter, but nobody who is undecided is going to be impressed here.

She is doing exactly what they warned Hillary against doing coming across as a "nagging mother-in-law" or "smarmy schoolmarm".

AP was streaming some dumb protest instead of the debate so I switched to PBS - is there any organization or person streaming it with live fact-checking/unbiased commentary (besides *sigh* Chris-chan...)
