What is the issue with the Chibi thread and what should be done about it?
 
The issue is what I described in my post on the thread, all the Japansperging about shit that has been discussed many times over already for years, burying actual news and happenings with Chibi. There's not much to be done about it, there's already off-topic threads and DMs for whatever these people wanna talk about and I'm not going to suggest banning people or anything, but I'm also not going to pretend to like these posts.

He's a DSP forum sperg, they all cry about negrates and their posts getting removed and I haven't opened any talk to staff threads about the Chibi thread. I think I've reported some posts for being lengthy and off-topic but it was never directed at a specific person lol.
 
All the null dingleberries that joined this thread about a thread they never post in should rope.

Regarding chibi, its annoying to see constant japan sperging in the thread. I don't care if chibi is dead content most the time now. send trashcans directly into their nervous system
 
Spergouts about Japan and muh nipponese culture every few months are annoying, but not mod attention worthy. And I'm saying this as a tranime and weeb hater

As a lot of other users said, there's a fair amount of Japan sperging that's barely on topic at times, Chibispeculation because nothing happens makes up entire pages of what if scenarios that are quite autistic and thread tourists try to bait people (same as it happened with the kino tards in the DSPig thread, posting hyuuuuug DSP Ws :smug:). There's nothing that merits heavier moderation on the thread itself, it's all harmless low effort posting to bid time until something funny happens.
 
If we're banning stuff based on hurt feefees, can we please ban Chibi photoshop contests as well?

I find them unfunny and forced and sometimes they take an entire page

I have only reported posts that were off-topic Japansperging. I haven't colluded with any moderators, nor am I targeting any users in particular.
 
The nippon sperging is fine cause it adds context to chibi's situation, kinda like with ralph and people spergint about mexico.

Even if it doesn't apply to the lolcows situation, it is the "what if/could be"

Also nothing funny has happened yet with chibi since he went to japan other than making some locals uncomfortable. Japan sperging is all they got in the chibi-dome right now.
 
I've lost count of how many times I've just scrolled past that one guy's posts because he lives in Japan or some shit and he's providing information/his opinion on some shit Chibi is sperging about. I think it's @Falcon Sebben. Anyway it doesn't bother me because Chibi is quite literally -the- archetypal weeb, so posting about Japan is basically on topic. It would be like complaining about people discussing finance in the DSP thread. Chibi is so retarded that he gave up a pretty good 80k/year sales job so he could larp as a true and honest nihongo. It's all he thinks about.
