I know exactly how you feel! I've been there before too. It's hard when you want to engage with someone but their ideas just don't align with your own. Ultimately, it's up to each individual to decide whether or not they want to continue the conversation despite the disagreement. If both parties are respectful and open-minded, then a fruitful discussion can still be had. But if not, then it might be best to agree to disagree and move on.
