Lol everybody's getting in on it

>8 hours of cutscene
>30 hours total
>20 spent walking through nothing and juggling through inventory.

Holy shit. Fucking terrible.
Sounds like the perfect game to play.
(Please don't be that shit, Outer Worlds was already shit, would really like the last game I probably purchase in 2019 to not be shit).

>fucking CAPCOM was the only one who released good games this year
>fucking nintendo was the only one who released actual GAMES
I cant wait for the game industry to crash and burn tbh

Maybe Zone of the enders, Castlevania and silent hills dying before kojima could fuck them over isnt sutch a bad thing aftet all
Shame about mgs though

@Slimy Time
I havent followed cyberpunk development too mutch after E3 but iirc they are stripping some content and adding more politics garbage, but im not the most qualified to tell you what else is going on with cyberpunk

Ok. I have tried it. It was on a PS4 in a Sony concept store in the mall. I was able to play it for a few minutes. The game was already on a mission I guess since when I passed by the game was already playing. I was only able to play for about 10 minutes because I was gonna miss my bus

It was ok I guess. There are games before about delivering things, but not as autistic about its package like this game. It feels more or less a AAA Raw Danger, with more package autism. the early game I played on was only on an open field, but if the game opens up and have you traverse scary heights, or like traversing through wreckage of the city or labyrinth of very hard to traverse through areas, I think it will be a great game.

Well if thats the case it's dented my interest in that game. I'll look into it.
Until then, boy can I not wait to spend my time walking around. Let's see which is more entertaining, this or The Outer Worlds. Beat the latter once, tried it again and it feels like a grind to get through even the first part.

bravo kojima!!

I must have missed this, what has happened to it to turn it to trash? It's the only other thing I'm interested in at this point.
IMO it's a matter of how they've only shown us highly scripted scenes.

Yep, it really seems like this is a classic case of someone having too much freedom with no one to tell him to reign things in, and has lost his mind as a result. Executives and editors aren't always the bad guys after all, and in some cases, are needed.

Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happened inside of Kojima Productions upon seeing the final version of the game:

What does this have to do with beached whales? I thought a death stranding was a whale swimming onto shore.

Man people forgave David Cage for his Gay Robot Slavery Sim Movie but Death Stranding is really bringing out the fangs.

We need to see some sales numbers to see if it's a bomb, because right now it's just divided and controversial.

I would say at most this may just be a humbling moment for Kojima. People are saying that this game has destroyed Sony's first party credibility like Fallout 76 Destroyed Bethesda's and that all future Sony games will be tainted with this failure, but that's very extreme.

Then again Kojima said the game would make people divided and controversial, so he probably knew.

I started playing it tonight and I'm enjoying it so far. Admittedly, I'm a Kojimafag and I've been stoked for this game since moment one, but in general I like games with a lot of exploration and more focus on story and characters than action, and the aspects that a lot of people seem to hate about it like tedious, repetitive gameplay and glorified fetch quests are right up my alley. It's much more along the lines of a JRPG than an action game.
