Update on ALR: She admitted today on a live that she's been diagnosed with fatty liver since her "early 20s", and now her bilirubin levels are high enough to giver her jaundice (yellow skin visible at the corners of her mouth, and around her neck).

She said she gets jaundiced "sometimes" because she "doesn't do what she's supposed to do", whatever that means. Then she changed the topic and wouldn't discuss her liver further.

She also said she's 554 lbs now, up 10 lbs in two months, and has regaining the weight she lost when she had cancer. She denied being couch-bound, but never got off the couch during the two hour stream.
 
I want to say Tammy, but the way Chantal has been using drugs she's my bet. You can't be doing coke with her complications. Not for long, anyway. I don't think she will survive 2022 if she keeps going the way she has been.

@tiggles Might wanna update Anna's weight we found proof she was 317 back in 2013. She has definitely gotten over 600 by now when the pics are compared.

But cocaine at that weight? You're heart might as well just pack it in now and get it over with.
 
I know that Simply Sarah is the boring choice as it is based on age and not cocaine, cancer and covid but I am surprised it is such an unpopular one. It seema that based on age alone she would ve the first to go.
 
Sara is my 2nd place. She can still actually move around. Now Jen on the other hand... she’s running on fumes. Can’t be another year left on that one.

As horrifying as it is to see his transformation from a healthy guy to a disgusting deathfat faggot I don’t believe it’s his time yet.

He’s way too young and still in the 350s. That puts him in the “healthier” category among our contenders. Also he just recently blew up to this size he was healthy for years so he couldn’t have done as much damage to his body as the other older gorls who have been living in fatsuit for years now.

You can argue that his colossal weight gain under such short time could have damaged his body excessively and it’s possible but it still take years for obesity kill you, it’s a gruesome, drawn out and painful death.

Don’t worry if he keeps this up he will definitely die but he still has years, Jen on the other hand I still think is living on borrowed time
 
if Chantal goes back to booze when she runs out of coke money again, she'll be dead by the end of this year. alcohol is about the dumbest fucking thing this dumb fucking bitch can add to the mix right now, and she's already done it before. on the other hand though, she's a cockroach, so who knows, really.
i personally have high hopes for one particular contender from another board, though: Boogie. his beetroot stroke-a-licious face and age make him a great candidate for finally fucking dying

My 600-Lb. Life Star Gina Krasley Dies at Age 30

Can't say I'm surprised she lost only 50 lbs on the show and was a massive bitch. Her age is the real shocker here it really puts into perspective just how much abuse morbid obesity does to the body. People shouldn't be dying at the age of 30 but I guess we all make our choices. i'd still advise to watch our older cows closer cause cockroach genes or not you can only dance with death for so long
