Shockingly, Tammy Slaton is probably worthy of being removed from the poll after all that weight loss.
 
Sara had a few near-death experiences in the past, so it shouldn't be surprising. We're just waiting for the assholes to drop off, and yet they keep going.

EDIT: I think Hungry Fat Chick will be next. She's nicer than the rest.

I didn’t want to vote for her since she’s less annoying and more self-aware than most of the others, but she’s in her 50’s and in rough shape: breathing hard, less mobile, and overall struggling more.
 
I'm going Evie Noor this time, but Juliana Aprileo looks like absolute shit despite being one of the younger of our star-deathfats. I'd pick Juliana for 2nd place if there was some sort of runner-up category.

Anna is risking her life with stupid surgeries.
Jaybae could get shanked by mouthing off to the wrong inmate.
But Chantal and Amber will probably live another 10 yrs with their cockroach DNA.
 
I'm backing Anna. Every time she lets her scamming dermatologist pretend that he's a plastic surgeon, the Reaper gets closer.
