All these walking bags of soap ingredients are pretty comparable but she's got several factors in her favor.
1) Over-the-hill by deathfat standards. What's "midlife" for these people? 23?
2) Multiple organs falling out of her
3) The stress of living in the desert even though she sweats in the AC
But most importantly, she's living in a third world country that isn't used to or equipped to deal mayo golems. A complication that would be considered minor in Canada could easily do her in there. Can you imagine how many life saving minutes will be wasted just trying get her into an ambulance? They'll have to call in an entire team of donkeys once they realize two little Arab fellers ain't gonna cut it.

I think it could be hours, not merely minutes. How much weight can the stretcher stand? The beds in the hospital?
However I don't think normal Canadians ambulances are normally equipped either. I don't follow her, but from what I know she doesn't strike me as someone who would have the foresight to mention the tiny detail of her weight when calling for help

When did you last call an ambulance? Admittedly I’m in Australia, but we are no better at providing emergency services than a country like Canada would be, and our wait times plus ramping of ambulances at ERs are indicative of that. Dispatchers here now ask for the weight of the patient before dispatching either a standard or bariatric ambulance. I live in a pretty small country town, and even here we have bariatric equipped ambulances. I’m pretty sure most first world countries these days have bariatric provisioned ambulances at every station.

I can't believe it's over a year since Jen was taken out and we haven't had another major fatty death since, when most of them keep getting larger and are developing more health problems.
I had to change my vote. After my original cow, Deathfat by Jen, kicked the bucket I went with Tammy, but Tammy is looking like the picture of health compared to Gunt these days. All that visceral fat and the look of that gut, Gunt's gonna head out before everyone else. I still hope Hamber dies first though.

I’m changing my vote to “other”, specifically Kelly Lenza. It’s hard to choose between her and Julianna, but Kelly is much older and has heart failure.
