Regardless of what you think about Deadlock (it doesn't matter, really), hero shooters have always been popular since Overwatch, probably even more popular today. Overwatch didn't kill hero shooters, it revived them and made them more popular than they were. The numbers speak for themselves.
I had zero interest in this game until I saw that they added a character with an Izuna Drop as his ultimate. Now I have interest in it until I forget that's a thing before it releases.
Decided to be a real man and try out a character that kills people and landed on drifter
Very fun as a glass canon, I'm not used to just deleting enemies but to be fair you get deleted yourself if you're retarded which I am
My strategy so far is to find the worst players on the enemy team and hyper force them to get all my stacks
In my Professional Deadman Danny 100% WR of 2 games
- Build Reactive Barrier + debuff reducer all the time ≠ Do no upgrade in to Indomitable as it nerfs him.
- He's a Spirit assassin like Shiv so you can play him like shiv. Like a fucking ape.
(Get unstop, it's fun)
- You could maybe buy mystic Regen but if you miss Chimera Mk 1 you lose -12% hp. With no Regen effect.
- You can spam Chimera Mk 1 with CD reductions.
- Silencer works on his Jettison Fuel so if you max 3 just get express shots + silencer.
- Most gun items suck as the Chimera Peace Bringer is super slow and gun investment may lead to loss in lane (Saw Zerggy build gun on him and he wasn't having fun)
- Spirit Nuker Danny is an EZ kill every ult
Most fun I had all update was two games of farting about.
He builds into late game. So try and win lane. If not farm and start team fighting. Just be careful of Vindicta or Talon as they melt Danny.
And as a Good goy to fair fags industries, always remember to Give them a hands-on demonstration

If they're desperate to dive, rush rescue beam into divine barrier. This unfortunately will not save you when laned with a Rat King who continuously facetanks into the enemy Victor and gives him a 30k soul lead at ~35 minutes.
Positive note: got a Danny game finally and izuna dropped the shit out out of the Baba whenever she overextended. Great ult just because it's effectively a 2-second stun and overheat gives you a gap closer as soon as you get it.

I take it you’ve never played a moba before. Dota doesn’t allow dupes either. I haven’t played LoL since I was a teenager, but I think it’s the same way.
