No, Dave, the issue is not that you force others to read your intimate personal details. The issue is that you publish embarrassing information into the public and then complain that people laugh about it. If you wouldn't tell everyone at the market about your masturbation habits, then don't tell the wider world about them via a public Twitter account. You're like any other person making a spectacle of themselves on YouTube or in a personal blog.
