Not giving interviews to a widely read news source because of weird political differences is not something that regular people concern themselves with- especially successful people.
What David suggests is a decision reserved for those destined for failure- the "Sunset" devs come to mind.

The only people who bitch about Notch are the ones who make failed games. If you shit out something like I Get Cucked Everyday and claimed to have put tons of effort into it (he didn't) while something that looks simple like Minecraft makes billions, I'm just gonna assume you're salty when you have more than three post complaining about him.

If I took a shit and had it pressed into a cd-rom, it would be completely original, no one has ever gotten their shit pressed into a cd-rom before, that doesn't mean that it was 1. worth doing and 2. not shit. Two things that Minecraft has up on some of these "indie devs".

Their blind hatred of Notch really nicely explains why they hated Gamergate so much. These assholes are all about equality of outcome, not equality of opportunity, and want the ability to be considered godly for their lesser talents. It's ego, pure and simple, and the ultimate arbiter of why they're destined to fail is Steam. Simple, impartial, and straightforward, the Free Market here wins, letting customers buy what they want and enjoy what they want.

And the sales data is clear: What they want is not the games shit out by these degenerate fucks.
