For all the years I have been following DSP I don't think I have ever seen the end of a stream, does he just give a quick good bye when the time is up and sign off?

I think it'll be interesting to see how Phil's going to act once he hits the point where Twitch earnings won't be processed in time for when his April payment is due. If Twitch keeps the money for two months, that should be around/after the beginning of February.
At that point it doesn't matter how much Twitch makes him, and he'll be fully depending on tips, direct donations, Patreon and Youtube earnings. With Twitch being his biggest source of income, that should be interesting to watch.
As expected. That's where the money's at.So much for the Twitter poll, just put out a tweetlong where he argued for Dark Souls.
I just watched a video of Maximillian announcing he was let go from his mcn and the contrast to Phil's really shows why these people are in very different places. Never watched his content, and admittingly calling the video "I got fired" is clickbaity, but just not hearing the phrase "you gotta step up" was quite refreshing.Posted this about a month ago:
Well, I guess we have the answer now: DRASTIC MEASURES, meaning a 16+ hour marathon most likely heavily focused on pushing for tips/direct donations. He's going to m-i-l-k his fanbase for all that it's worth.

As someone in a response pointed out: he'll be getting around at least 20K in February...
To be fair though, Max probably makes 7 figures per year with Twitch and YouTube so he'll definitely be fine without his MCN.I just watched a video of Maximillian announcing he was let go from his mcn and the contrast to Phil's really shows why these people are in very different places. Phil is a month away from that sweet E7 money and he is sounding alarms for a couple months down the road, whatever the hell that means. As someone who doesn't watch Let's plays or follow that style of game content it was just refreshing to see someone calmly explain what happened without shaking a cup full of change in the viewers face. I'll put a link if anyone is interested.

Dood, you wanna break him? Don't let him move more than his fingers or else he could develop muscle mass.Oh, and as to his question, I'd like to see him marathon DDR. Or any RTS in existence. I want to watch him twist in the wind.
polls dont matter to phil, theyre just a way for fans to feel like they have power. but phil can and has just made some excuse for when something he doesnt want to do gets voted on, i.e "trolls have destabilized the poll cause they know i dont want to play this fuckin game"
Didn't he say that only like a dozen people nominated games and voted?Fuck, the last like three times people have had a chance to influence what he played he just ignored some of them. Stardew Valley got dropped "because one person voted for it" and it'd be boring, though in what way that would be boring versus Minecraft I'm sure I don't know. And Deltarune got hosed the first time it was on the docket, iirc.
Phil gonna Phil. Personally I'd be more concerned with the level of turnout being such that one vote was sufficient to get a game through the final running (if in fact that was true) but hey, whaddoino?
DSP Logic: I can't play two JRPGS at once because people will get burned out, so instead of Shenmue 2, a game that is NOT a RPG, i'll be playing Dark Souls again which IS a JRPG.

Someone suggest Papers Please for 16 hoursPosted this about a month ago:

Or you know, the classifieds. So what's this? The third time he played Dark Souls?
God, how boring.
