Something to consider about the HOA fees, they include water, sewer, and trash.



Also, their asking price is $565K, which isn't great, but reasonable enough for King county. Unlike the snort fort, it has central AC and a functional master bath. I doubt Phil's house is worth more than $500K in its current condition. Another funny thing. Phil managed to buy the only townhouse that shares walls on both sides, making it the de-facto worst one.

I'm always surprised people here actually listen to Phil's streams. I tried once (outside of the rare exceptions of watching Phil struggle setting up a PC) and it's the worst experience ever.

I need "highlight" channels and even they're tough to slog through.

I can't speak to how accurate this is, but apparently Phil's khando was assessed at $491k in 2024.

After a little fiddling around and estimating his monthly cost is a pretty absurd nearly $2800/mo. I had to estimate taxes and I don't know what his interest rate is, but it was 4.7% around the time he bought. I'm also assuming he wasn't locked into a far more reasonable HOA fee. Either way, this is a stupid fuck amount of money for a collapsing hovel with no central air.


That said, if we wanted the Detractor Cave we'd be north of $4k/month with a nearly 7% interest rate assuming we can't raise half a million.

Note: this is not a serious thought do not buy a house in Phil's subdivision unless you want your property value to tank because Kat keeps breaking the pavement.

I remember looking at it a few times or his neighbor properties and it is a super dated design. It's really akin to a McMansion or something similar. It's devoid of personality and style.
I guess the right person could make it look better without rebuilding the entire fucking thing but I definitely wouldn't want to live there.

Retarded question - Burnell Productions is marked as the home on the very right of the building so why is it always referred to as a ‘middle unit’ condo on here? I recall someone saying he had neighbours both sides.

Now, does anyone deserve that? No, but with Phil I'd make that exception because he was an ungrateful faggot son who never made any time to just go and visit his parents (if you choose a shitty gacha over your parents, kill yourself). Given what we know about Phil and the way he's treated his parents for years, I wouldn't have an ounce of sympathy for him the same way he didn't deserve sympathy for losing Leanna and John Rambo. He takes people for granted, and (sorry for the PL) as someone who saw a few siblings move away from home before doing it myself, I know how a mother feels when her children "leave the nest" (even if it's Phil). The fact that in over a decade Phil only went to visit once and only to scam Linda solidifies he never cared, so in my eyes, Phil doesn't have the right to cry for sympathy if that happened.

I swear to God this is Jaha's fault. You just have to imagine how pathetic Phil must have looked when he cried on the parking lot? I keep imagining this fat, naked larvae curled into a ball and bawling while shitting itself and somehow think Phil must have looked even more pitiful and pathetic. The thing is that this loop of "I'm so successful!" and raging about low support has gotten old. During the Kino arc it was at least funny to see Phil going into psycho ex girlfriend mode with people like Craig or LTG about how he's doing better without them, and it was also funny to see the way Phil always had to bend his own rules to keep his battle pass streak alive with whatever retarded excuse, stalling for up to an hour. But this shit? It's the same every day, this is why the week off was the most entertaining Phil has been in a long time, because we didn't have to hear his faggot-ass voice.

I literally only read here and poem on twitter (as well as some other accounts). I can't even do snort burnell or other edited videos anymore.
Once in a while (seriously very rarely) I'll actually tune into him but I rarely do so anymore.

Listening to his voice, mannerisms and effortless way of lying about shit and manipulation tactics is exhausting at this point. Besides that you will never learn anything new by listening to him: we all know he's a prolific liar about everything at this point.
