I would like to opine that posting screenshots of them spazzing out and trying to "own" people by bragging about giving money to Phil so as to laugh at them is fine, though.

I’ve been of the opinion for a quite a long time now we should have a “Hall of Wheelchairs”. A place to document and preserve these retards for people to come and point and laugh.

Some cursory log searching on my part shows that he responds to a lot of chat trolls just like he did to rpgfan32 - probably out of boredom, since he shows up before DSP's stream even starts. Those chat logs are filtered to messages that contain 'fan,' so they are included ;)
