So does anyone actually take action using the info these doxxes give us? Like is anyone going around messaging Gametrekkers family and friends on Facebook and spilling all the beans? I'm so sick of these retarded little freaks that never seem to be deterred by anything, just constantly starving us of that juicy Phillip salt and begging. I just want everyone Gametrekker knows to know that he's being spending hundreds of dollars a week on a 39 year old man who plays video games poorly and begs for money whilst spending most of it on mobile games and food.
I'd say its a waste of time. At most, you might get some concerned family members who follow up, only to get some kind of dismissive response from the family member and the issue gets dropped. Keep in mind, while Phil's paypigs may not mentally show it, they are still technically adults, with many in their 30's or 40's. You can't really summarize Phil in one or two brief messages, especially if the person has no idea about streaming culture. It might be possible if someone tried to rationally explain what was happening and told them their family member was getting scammed, but I think it'd require a lot of back and forth and time investment and, quite frankly, I don't think Phil's paypigs are worth it. I'd maybe make an exception for someone who had some legitimate condition that caused them to believe Phil. While most of the paypigs have something clearly wrong with them, they're fully aware of Phil's grift and know where their money is going, so I don't have any sympathy for them.
But that being said, they do sometimes get called out in twitter comments or whatever. It doesn't cause them to stop donating or anything, at most, it just makes them use a sock account. So, if you're looking for them to stop donating you'll be disappointed, but if you just want to see someone getting shamed in a hilarious faction...well, you'll probably still be disappointed by the overall quality of the comments, but sometimes there's a good zinger in the mix.
Probably the most effective/entertaining example had nothing to do with the paypigs, but Nigel going after the factions Phil tried to join.
