The creepiest to me was when the SoKast decided to "irresponsibly speculate" that she was pregnant, and then that suddenly became gospel truth to a lot of people for awhile. I get that this is basically a soap opera in real, but come on. Ladies can be nauseous without it being pregnancy related.
IMO, this is not an SOK-exclusive phenomenon, too many times, people speculate & interpolate on autistic lolcow's lives from what is entirely too little data, because it's already difficult to prove a negative for normal people, autists that people follow have an even bigger difficulty in providing that proof.
Plus, it's very tempting to want to believe every negative thing you hear about a lolcow, because it all sticks unless a prominent troll denies it, and it's much funnier/more horrifying than if you stick the same negative stories to say, your next-door neighbor, there's no perceptible human cost to most of us in doing it.
I'll present an

fftopic: example, and this is strictly hypothetical, but what if Chris-Chan managed to, for example, get his bowel problems under control through medication..etc. ? How does he prove it? He can't, because everyone wants to believe that he will never get better, due to it being funnier that way.
Of course, Phil's case is special among lolcows in that he spends so much of his day online on Twitch, even more than Chris or any other lolcow ever did, thus providing way more data points to us. But the case of people connecting dots based on jack shit still applies to him too..
