Federal cases like this aren’t something that the average armchair lawyer can try and fathom.

For the mangers and Daniel you’ve got multiple levels of charges. Each state can choose to press charges in addition to the federal charges and IIRC they’d run consecutively.

And with no probation / parole you’re doing 100% of the time.

You’ve got conspiracy to commit a terroristic act, terroristic use of a telecommunications device, revenge porn (the pencil up the ass pics), all sorts of shit. Not to mention the CP….

The feds don’t show up unless they are guaranteed a win.

If you aren’t rich you’re fucked. People spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on defense lawyers in fed cases and still serve time.

And being a minor doesn’t mean shit, you still get locked the fuck up.

Realistically I’d just kill myself if I were any of them. Even if they didn’t serve a day in jail their lives are over. They’ve got a stamp on their record that makes them persona non grata pretty much universally.

Daniel is going to get the least time of them all but honestly id expect him to do at least 1 year per charge and then most likely another year or two on the state level.

This shit is super serious. People joke about the feds and it’s all fun and games when it’s just memes but when ‘gent actually gets involved it’s fucking game over.

I know one person who caught a federal charge for something similar and they got 15 years. And that was for a single incident.

Post 9/11 you cannot make these sort of threats and not expect it to come back on you.

Fedposting is one thing, actually committing serious life altering felonies for the lulz is different.

I’d say I feel bad for them but they are getting what they deserve.

The courts see a chance to set a precedent. Courts talk, the swatting epidemic and IRL streamer issues are well known to the powers that be. And these kids are literally going be slam dunk cases. If people see legit consequences coming from this weening it might cause people to think twice.
