Possible but unlikely. Keep in mind that even though Daniel has a terrible diet, has terrible hygiene, terrible teeth and is in Colorado in the winter, he is 25 years old, was able to complete a 26 mile walk a year ago, and so isn't necessarily going to die, because the human body is remarkably resilient at 25 years old.

Additionally, he is claiming (and likely will) check himself into the hospital if he is too cold. He's currently getting an EKG: he is claiming that his chest hurts and is faking a heart attack. Maybe a heart irregularity from hypothermia, but more likely just cardiovascular issues from being a dysgenic homeless person who has let his body completely deteriorate.

@Dude Rabbits Please archive any images. The Reddit could get banned any day now, especially since Daniel is getting more and more negative attention.

Hospitals are unlikely to reject him: he isn't a druggie looking for a quick dose of morphine and in the hospital's view, it is far better to let a homeless person waste the hospital's money than risk even the smallest chance of a lawsuit.

Even if that doesn't work and he is that desperate, he can always just trespass and get a cot and three meals.
