Honestly its probably good if he stands trial and gets put in prison better then being let back out so weens can fuck with him. Also because he is a threat to society.

The US court system continues to be incompetent. Daniel Larson is one of the few people that are genuinely too retarded and mentally ill to stand trial.
 
Daniel is for sure causing all sorts of unnecessary cunty drama in his cell block and they just dont want to deal with him anymore I can't even imagine the price tag for the last 2 years for making empty threats.
 
Updated the original post but it looks like daniel annoyed the fuck out of his free public defender and good old bob Proctor enabled daniel with a paid lawyer possibly out of the money daniels grandma left him when she died thats under bobs management.

Whoever actually stated he was fit to stand trial needs to be held accountable. This is a huge fuck up.

The odds are in his favor. Over 90% of criminal charges are pled down to a lesser charge. And isn't one of his charges something crazy like terrorist threats? That's a tough case to make. It's probably best for all involved to plead to something else.

That doesn't mean he walks free, of course -- just that whatever the harshest charge is that he's facing probably won't stick.

I just got though the full 16 pages, it seems daniel was the one pressing for a trial and to be found competent while his lawyers sat with him for 5 hours going over his case and his lawyer wanted him to play up being insane and not go to trial(betting thats why daniel dropped that lawyer)

It does sound like daniel is heavily medicated and doing better than when he went in.

But sadly hes an acutal retard and he might not take a plea so idk he could go on the witnessez stand and blame his weens and trolls for all the threats or whatever other retarded talking points he has.

But then what the hell do you do with somebody like this once he serves he sentence? If anything, prison might make him worse.
