Does documenting information count as ween-behavior? Or do feds only care that you actually committed a crime (impersonating Joe Biden or a lawyer)

I have a very strong gut feeling that the feds will contact the real Tina and Grace because that's just what the investigation entails.

I also believe that Bob hasn't been in contact with Danny since he got his ass whooped some time ago, so the feds may contact him and inform him of everything.

Hey, if he was placed into a mental hospital for a while, does that count as time served when it goes to court?

And he's a lucky mother fucker for now, got placed in a cupcake rich people jail in Clear County Creek jail in Colorado instead of Denver. Hopefully the feds will transfer him there into a real jail.
 
Feds can ask/order companies to preserve records. So YouTube channels, discord, etc have probably gotten this legal document. They refuse and it can get very sloppy for the companies and not worth the fight. They would literally be risking a lot for a retard who makes bomb threats and tosses nigger out casually.

Another interesting fact is some special agent was probably following Daniel as part of his investigation. Literally watching and recording what he was saying and doing. Probably a secret service agent too from the White House threats.

The bare minimum is the CWC special - about two years in jail pre trial trying to restore your sanity, and then they let you skate on some lesser charge for time served.

Getting declared NGBRI can be way worse than a conviction. You can potentially end up serving the maximum potential term of your sentence in a forensic psych hospital; whereas if you’d gone to trial or plead guilty then the judge may not assess the max term at sentencing. And if you’re still not compos mentis by the end of the term I believe extensions of the sentence can be applied for, on and on, to effectively make it a life sentence.

Depends. Short answer is probably. What isn't as clear is whether if he gets charged with something and spends time in a state jail for it, or is institutionalized by Colorado, whether it counts for pretrial detention credit for the federal case.

Also if you are released pending trial, under some circumstances you can get credit for that time, depending on the exact conditions of release. He probably won't get that as a person of no fixed abode.

daniel facing up to 60+ years in prison for bomb threats he obviously will never be able to carry out (even if he believes so) is overkill. we need to let him back out onto the streets of denver and get back to the milk production.
