I don't understand how anyone can hold the position that Chud was a victim. Spamming the nigger word at black people on the street to get a violent reaction will eventually lead to a physical altercation, he knew this.

That’s the main thing with this situation. Yes, punching someone is worse than insulting someone if you look at this with no context, but everything else surrounding chud and the fact that he was looking for a fight shows that he deserves absolutely no sympathy. The point I’m making is that people will pull the first amendment for literally anything.
