It really is the jew-dicial system. You can kvetch about Chud being a nuisance streamer but this really highlights the two-tiered 'justice' system in the US. The kikes are going to throw the book at him to make sure no one dares go against their golems.
 
Since we don't actually know exactly how the altercation went down, there are possibilities here that massively affect how likely Chud is to get away with this.

Chud's get out of jail free and make millions on podcasts scenario​

  • Chud exits the courthouse; a black man he knows has threatened him online begins approaching him aggressively
  • Chud at worst says something to the effect of "what do you want" or "are you gonna chimp out" -- bonus points for not saying nigger or saying nothing at all.
  • The man threatens Chuds life, Chud begins backing away, does not threaten back, denies wanting to fight
  • The man sucker punches Chud, Chud shoots no more than the minimum about to get the man to stop attacking him
  • Alternatively, Chud is sucker punched unaware of the mans presence, shoots after recognizing him as the stalker who has been threatening his life.

Chuds nightmare scenario​

  • Chud spots a random nigger that he does not recognize minding his own business, shouts something like "what are you doing here nigger?! / Who are you staring at" Poarch monkey?!
  • When the man (who is unarmed and does not know Chud or is not stalking him) replies, he does not threaten Chud,
  • Chud asks if he's going to chimp out, tells him to "pull up" "come get some" and or "I got 18 rounds for you" as the man approaches, Chud physically moves toward him aggressively.
  • After being punched once, Chud mag dumps into him, making comments to the effect of "die nigger!"
The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

Even if you wanna argue he's legally within his right, the law of this country is really determined by the retards they throw in the audience.

The real, objective takeaway from all this is that IRL streamers are annoying retards and this is the exact kind of situation they're always looking for minus the arrest. That is true. He did say nigger. And that's pretty based. But if you say nigger while engaged in niggatry it negates the nigger you said (the based one) and puts it on you. This does not detract from the fact the person you may be calling a nigger may indeed be one. It does however unfortunately, with the fact that you were engaged in niggatry at that time, coupled with the nigger being reflected back on yourself, make you a Double Nigger™️. Realistically speaking, the judge and jury are going to say something like "we are not saying Chud couldn't defend himself, but because he fired in a public setting he was endangering public citizens and for that we find him guilty and sentence him to niggerjail". We all know how much jewish pilpul is played in cases like this and how easy it is jew jitsu your way out of the main point of the case.

America really needs to fix all the loopholes and corruption when it comes to interpreting the law. It will never happen because it favors the long nose tribe to push their political agendas, but it should.
