No he's going to be convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for baiting someone, reaching for his gun before they so much as did anything, and then shooting them multiple times after eliciting his desired reaction. If a nigger were to approach you and your family on the street, talk loudly about how hard he'd fuck your wife, and then shoot you after you punched him in the face, the same legal penalties would apply to him. And your wife would give the nigger lingering eye contact as the bailiff drags him into the clink for a 20 year sentence.
No, the nigger wouldn't get anything close to 20 years and you know it. Niggers threaten people all the time, even in front of cops, and rarely does anything happen to them. Shit, they're even given the most leniency out of any other group of people when they're literally armed with a deadly weapon, advancing on cops who have guns pointed at them.
Niggers post up on social media with firearms modified to be fully automatic, something very fucking illegal, and the legal system couldn't care less. And that, I think, is a large part of the problem.
I'm not a Chud the Dumb Faggot researcher and I don't care to be, but it sounds as if he had to deal with nigger behavior, the complete lack of any sort of legal deterrent to such behavior, and how socially most people are programmed to hate anyone the niggers decree they should. He figures out that not only does it feel great to treat niggers like what they are, but a lot of folks would give him attention, money, and validation for doing so.
I couldn't care less about the morality of shooting a dumb nigger that's chimping out or drawing a gun on one before they're actually attacking you (anyone who subscribes to this mindset is a fucking retard and deserves what they get) if they're acting aggressively. The problem I have with Dalton the Fairy Boy is that he fucking knew this was a bad idea for a good number of reasons and he did it anyway.
The other problem I have with this whole thing is how fucking cucked the white race is. When he gets a damn long prison sentence for this nobody is going to do shit. Nobody's getting cancelled over calls for murdering or raping him. Nobody is protesting or demonstrating on his behalf. History shows that pissing off white people en masse is one of the dumbest things you can do. Not anymore; white people will be shown to have rolled over and become hated minorities or gone extinct because they didn't want people saying they were mean. No other race or culture gives a single fuck about that.
I'm not white at all but white people built/created everything I love in life so this bothers me.
