Being pounced on by a feral nigger sounds like a pretty reasonable fear of danger or great bodily harm, but I understand we're just supposed to accept that anyone with enough melanin in their skin can decide to just attack you whenever they want.
You can feel like you're in mortal fear of any melanated individuals in your area but you're going to have to get a jury to agree that such a fear was reasonable and that you were in danger of more than an ass-kicking. That gets a lot harder if you go out enticing said ass-kicking. It doesn't mean it's legal to assault you for speech- but it becomes an uphill battle to convince the system that you were in mortal fear for your life from the thing that you seemed intent on provoking.
George Zimmerman was able to get acquitted because the evidence indicated he was knocked down and being continually assaulted by Trayvon. He'd already received head injuries and was in a position from which it was very difficult to fight back. If there's evidence that shows that here, Chud might have a good case. But if it's just a standing punch, or something similar? Juries don't like that as justification for deadly force.
Some would argue "one punch can be deadly..." Yes, that happens; it's not a self-defense claim you should expect to win at trial unless there's other disparities at play. Multiple guys on one? Different story. If it's a big dude against a little old grandpa that weighs 140lb and walks with a cane? Yep, juries will buy that. Some burglar in your house? In Tennessee, they'll probably give you a medal. But when it looks to a jury like a 'fair fight' situation between grown men and someone pulls a weapon, it often goes bad for the defense unless they can show the shooter had very clean hands.

I grew up in a 90% white town and as I said earlier, the amount of bad experiences I’ve had with black people is so little that I can count them on one hand. The black kids I grew up around were completely normal and at worst would get mildly annoyed when someone said nigger. At that point, it might just be the ghetto culture that’s the problem. Not to discount the crime statistics either, but I just don’t buy into this idea that there’s a violence gene.
