Chud, repeatedly, put himself in positions where he was at odds with random people on the street simply so that he could shout nigger at people. That's totally fine, he's allowed to do that. He is Eastern Orthodox. The Eastern Orthodox have a long catechism program for anyone looking to get baptised into the church. It isn't like a typical protestant church where you just come in and they will baptise you within a week if you say you believe in Jesus. It typically lasts at least half a year from what I know and 1 year seems to be a pretty standard length for someone to be a catechumen before being baptised.
