Chud is a moron mongloid, but Kiwifarms standing up to proudly say that "Yes, saying nigger does mean black people should be able to attack you!" is wild. You can think this guy is a moron, and also agree that niggers chimping out at a word should get them gunned down like animals.
 
This may just be me, but if I was going to use legal self-defense as my master plan around (especially) niggers I would probably educate myself a bit better and at least do more than basic situational research so that my success chance with a jury or dropped charges is as high as possible in the event that the inevitable happens. It's like he just wanted to speedrun this entire thing and just jumped at the first chance possible. He could have just waited until some dumb nigger pulled a knife or glock and rushed at him, did the same thing, and had a much clearer legal situation and valid use of self-defense as he laughed his way to the bank off the grift. Now he has to play roulette with the prosecution, evidence, and jury with much more vagueness in play.

There's a hierarchy to this. Going out looking to start a fight is worse than attacking someone who wants to fight you. The exact mechanism for testing this doesn't matter.

3) Tam v Mattal - SCOTUS affirmed further the US government can not apply negative inference to words because somebody MIGHT view it negatively. So unless the person saying nigger (or cracker in the flip) was being physically aggressive - or - using actual fighting words, it's 100% protected speech.
4) Brandenberg v Ohio
5) Brown v. Louisiana 1966

Not really. These fellows exist at the low end of the White behaviour bell curve, whereas people like Candace Owens, Chris Rock or [your favourite performing monkey here] sit at the right end of the nigger behaviour bell curve.

The fact that the behaviour of some white people is worse than that of some black people doesn’t mean that being a nigger is a mindset or an IQ score. Any black person’s children and grandchildren will inevitably revert to the mean and behave like the average nigger. Likewise even a loser like Ethan Ralph’s will have children and grandchildren that revert towards behaving like average white people.

No one is saying this. Half of all people have below average intelligence. If you want to find someone willing to fight you, it's not hard. So when your grift is walking up to strangers trying to start fights like you're the GTA player character and everyone else is an NPC, don't expect me to shed a tear when that blows up in your face.
