The only review gives the book one star, and not too long after that the page disappears.
Looking up Derek Savage will show that he's still on there, and has two ebooks up

Not sure if he forgot to credit the illustrator, or more drama happened between the two. (It's kinda surprising that the odd1sout was even listed considering the bitchfit Derek threw over the videos made about the drama he caused by abusing the dmca.)

The publication date is literally a month after the original one (Publication Date: June 29, 2018 )

And there are no reviews.
It seems very likely that Derek Savage got angry about receiving a negative review, and decided to unpublish the book, only to put it back up under a new listing so he could pretend he didn't get a 1 star review.

Mumkey finally posted Mumkey Jones Stops a School Shooting, though Derek hasn't responded yet.

 
It really wouldn't cost THAT much to approximate a school - plenty of conference rooms you can hire for a few hundred at the MOST have desks and chairs you can move around to look like a classroom. Just stick a few education posters up, maybe cut out some paper letters saying ENGLISH and HISTORY and you're good to go. Some big conference places even have sports halls you could hire, if you want a school gym. Just match it up with stock footage of a school exterior, and it's easily good enough, especially as people generally forgive that sort of thing with low budget productions.

As for extras - first timers are generally happy to be paid in experience when it comes to microbudgets, but food and water is a given.
 
Based off the trailer for his new film, it looks like Neil Breen was able to rent out a local high school / community college. Looks like Daddy Derek should have gone into real estate

There's a school neat me that has a thing where they'll let you hire the place for cheap if you have roles for their pupils, but to be fair these roles are production rather than acting. I hadn't heard of this scheme until I googled around a bit, and there aren't any others close by to me, but I bet there are plenty across the country.

Daddy Derek really should get help from an indie filmmaker when it comes to his more ambitious projects. He seems to treat Cool Cat like a legit Hollywood property, when he should be thinking "what's the best I can make this look, for as little money as possible?" It's admirable that part of the reason he wanted $10k was so he could pay child extras and feed them and their families, but it's pretty unnecessary for what he's making.
 
Poor Erik Estrada. When I was watching CHiPs as a little kid he was one of the coolest motherfuckers in existence. I often imagined him sitting on top of a mountain made of dollar bills with a girlfriend on each arm and sackfuls of fan letters on the lawn. Now he's destined to go to his grave remembered largely for saying "DARE HE ISH!" and "DAT KIK KICK SYAND IN KOO KAT'S FASHE!"

It is sad, and he did a great job on Sealab 2021.
 
All I know of this guy is solely the Cool Cat person as a meme. To learn about the actual dude behind it going crazy is weird. Off-putting too for some reason.

"Better than Barney the Dinosaur". Ha!
