Do you actually understand how hard it is to dig a tunnel wide enough for a human being to walk through? And you'll have to go under any concrete, pipes, and support the tunnel. And a tunnel assumes the jail is super far out of town(And if Chris gets sent to a medium/minimum security prison it may be in a town). And if the tunnel collapses, thats it, you'll be discovered.
