He doesn't look retarded in this pic, like all his other high school pics. I'm shocked. It just looks like a senior photo of a dorky kid from the 1980s.
That wouldn't be so bad, except that picture was taken in 1999.
The thing that gets me about Chris' HS years is he was dorky looking, but he had somewhat clear skin. The volcanos of Mars didn't start erupting on his face for several years after he graduated.

Yeah Chris' Ash cosplay was awful. Just because you have a blue vest and a hat, and you combine them with a pair of blue jeans and green gloves doesn't mean you'll look anything like classic Ash.
