In the Church Audio he mentions receiving a Bible as a graduation gift from a Reverend Shin of some Korean church, so obviously the Chan Clan had some Korean friends at one point. That still doesn't explain the context of the photo. I wonder if they're a gay couple with their child and wanted to pose with Chris. That would explain why he looks so uncomfortable.

They used to attend a Korean church. Also Chris doesn't look uncomfortable, he's just awkward.

Why does he look so damn happy to have that "Two-Faced Sports Fan" thing anyway? What on earth possessed his parents to buy it for him?

Chris himself doesn't look too retarded here, I just like the fact that someone (probably Barb) actually thought his amazing Sonic/Mario fanart scribbled on an envelope, and/or the mailing of said envelope to Nintendo, was worthy of commemorating in a photograph. I wonder what he wrote to them?

This photo screams "future serial killer."

I also love all of the photos of him posing for potential sweethearts. They just fail so spectacularly at their intended goal of selling Chris as a romantic partner: he looks spaced out in half the photos and creepy in the others, he's wearing a clown shirt and that damned medallion, and he's either lounging on a filthy bed or surrounded by toys in his cluttered, messy room.

Chris just doesn't know how to take photos because he looks like an alien pod-person when he tries to emote or pose for things. There's really no more to it than that.

Jesus Christ them's some big pants for a guy. I didn't notice they had individual legs until I looked harder.
But his hunched over posture makes it look like he's a little old lady taking a Christmas picture to send out to her kids and grandkids so maybe they'll come visit her once in a while.
