Call me ignorant, but I really didn't think that there were any insects that gave live birth. I thought they were all egg-layers, except for a few arachnids like spiders. How the fuck did that little bug hold so many young inside it along with it's internal organs and haemolymph system?
Either way, an opportunity was missed in not stamping out all the vermin at once. I love finding and killing pregnant female spiders. The crunch is satisfying, as is the colours that leak through to stain the paper towel that I contained the spider and it's devilspawn in before crushing them all at once. Not much worse then hundreds of spiderlings crawling all over your garage because you were kind-hearted and didn't murk the source when you had the chance.
Still, roaches deserve stomping 10x more then all spiders except the venomous ones.
