Deserves it. Killing a baby is unforgivable, but raping a baby is unspeakably evil.

OK what area did they apply stiches to? I don't think anal rape works like that where you stitch the rear area. Like if there's tearing in the intestine, that's usually someone they go in through the front, cut out the bad intestine and reattach it, but you're spending weeks in recovery. It's not an overnight thing. Ripping out the stiches from the front would mean his guts would be hanging out like silly string.

I mean it's clear he has intense bleeding from the anus and also shit himself, but if he shit his pants that still means the intestines are attached, because if they became detached he's be shitting into his chest cavity and it would have gone septic.
