He wasn't arrested for flipping off the camera, he was arrested and convicted for fitting his car with illegal devices to avoid prosecution for driving like a cunt. Even then you normally only get a fine and possibly a suspended sentence if you have previous, but this dickhead tried to destroy evidence which is the sort of thing judges take a dim view of, even in the USA.

Are you sure? The country that sent some one to jail over a twitter post? The Country where the police have tweeted numerous times things to the effect of "If you say mean things on twitter we will come after you"

But shit posting (mostly) aside, to complain about some one flipping off an enforcement camera (justly or not) just makes you look like an adult baby.
