There's some additional introductory and other material discussing Hitler's place in science fiction history and his popularity, but the bulk of it is Hitler's novel.

Yeah it's quite an interesting read. Would definitely recommend if you like weird meta concepts because everything in the book is fully realized. The cover isn't an analogy it's seriously Hitler going full Akira on a bike.
