Apparently this is in fact a gallbladder with cholecystitis. Passing gallstones makes passing kidney stones feel like a gentle massage, and it's usually better all round to just cut the whole organ out rather than put the patient through it.

Does this count? I know it's not much and the supposed reason for it is for people with insulin shots, glucose testers or EpiPens to dispose of them safely, but given the area it's found in this needle box in a public restroom has seem plenty of junkies tossing heroin and fentonyal shots sway in, probably needles the health department gave them in the first place.

No, it would be better that junkies are disposing of their biohazardous waste safely instead of throwing them on the ground as is customary.

I meant is it cursed enough? Sure that is a problem but I think it'd be Even better if the state got people off drugs not exacerbate a problem, but hey it's they're life choice and you're a hateful bigot for wanting them to change according to progressive governments

Cursed would be like, if it was one of those translucent red sharps containers, and you could see a folded-up $100 deep inside.

Then in the second panel, the unfolded bill in someone's hand is actually one of those goddamned church flyers disguised as a folded-up $100.
