Okay... so the guy who deleted the tweets, undeleted them because he was butt hurt that a guy named clay made fun of him in one one of his videos. So he undeleted them because he wanted to show how much he didn’t care weather or not clay uses them to make fun of him. Which is good for us we can now mock his autism on full display. Be warned, this picture is very NSFW.

The funniest thing about that bathroom is that it was at a nursing home, and there's no group that is less understanding of trannies than the elderly.

I doubt they employ any dickladies.

According to an interview, I believe he's studying animation in hopes of approaching Nintendo with personally directing a Smash Brothers anime, and he intends to fully animate the pilot episode himself if need be.

So given overwhelming evidence in support of your suggested conclusion...probably not.
