A "Demver" is a mythical creature in Texas folklore. It resembles a human woman, but with a long, snake-like torso and short, misshapen legs, as well as breasts hanging from it's neck. It can contort it's body in an unnatural manner.

Weird, are you sure? Because those are Colorado plates, and Colorado has a city called DeNver which is a pretty hip place if all the mexican/Californian residents died tomorrow.
