Answered above but I'll add some information, that's "Little Brother", a newborn growing way too fast on the hospital show "Riget"/"Riket", later remade into a "Stephen King's The Kingdom". Lillebror creeped the shit out of me in that show.

It is very much worth watching, it has that feels-mix of Twin Peaks where it can be funny, interesting and absolutely terrifying layered moving from scene to scene.

If you want a hospital show that is just horror I can recommend "Garth Marenghi's Darkplace"

Literally a bestiality comic from a Japanese(?) artist that exclusively makes bestiality hentai--mostly of anatomically correct male animals having sex (or outright raping) other male animals. In particular, that comic is of an adult male human having sex with a young goat.

However, in context of the meme, it was edited so that the goat talks about playing Battletoads. It was often posted on /v/ to derail discussions.
