Nobody's made a stink about Gamuzumi getting all their software banned from Xbox platforms except for only one title.

It turns out that they have very harsh internal policies at Microsoft, more so than any other company.

Welp that is pretty much all of Winged Cloud's library, what would they do except have a slightly reduced revenue stream? At least for now Steam doesn't have to worry about being the next target for the Pornpocalypse like eBay

I dunno Steam has the highest amount of stuff they've banned themselves.

The Super Seducer dev even blames them for causing Nintendo to ban his games from the Switch due to bad press.
 
So I watched errant signals new vid about duke3d and quake in the segment about duke 3d he starts tarding out about how duke is a sexist prick and duke 3d treats women like shit ( major lol given this is the same game where your whole objective is to save chicks from the aliens ) and screams about how shadow warrior is a horribly racist game and that's when I decided to stop watching the video and it didn't help that he's friends with a far leftie YouTuber a shame really cause his content was really nice but alas

No idea who this guy is but anyone who can't appreciate Duke for its macho 80s shtick, or Shadow Warrior for its kung-fu, exploitation sensibilities is A) retarded a B) virtue signaling faggot or C) some frothy gay mixture of both. No one cares except terminally online people and no one plays either of those games looking for life lessons beyond the fact that steroids make you faster and fortune cookies give you health bonuses.

Says a lot that you couldn't make either games in their current form today.

Anyone that does not trust Duke Nukem is not a person that can be trusted to help himself. Plus, it’s surprising how he didn’t criticize Duke Nukem Forever.

More doomposter faggots got their panties in a twist, the Asian release of Ninja Gaiden got it's decapitations and blood removed but this is entirely due to the continent of asia generally being notorious faggots about violence and gore. The US release is unaltered. This has now thrown more people into a tizzy because they're generally unfamiliar that most games get their blood removed over there including Resident Evil 8 and Witcher 3. It's not some encroachment of western subversion it's literally how they've always operated.

It looks like the US Digital version may have kept all the gore in for the release.

I think the physical release was the asian version which had the changes. The asian version has the english option but it's not the US release.

The thing is about censorship standards in any country(outside of places like Saudi Arabia who seem to be very consistent) is that they get grandfathered then changed and removed and then reinstated constantly.

What makes them interesting is that there's next to no oversight for them and nobody to oversee the whole thing and to chronical the logic behind the standards. A lot of them are just kneejerk stuff which makes them more reactionary than anything else. So what's allowed one year isn't allowed in the next, and then the year it appears after it's forgotten again.

Many of these policies are informed by news stories at this point and if some topic is deemed too controversial, the people who are currently enforcing things like that will be extra biased towards things resembling CURRENT YEAR topics.

There's also the appeasement of China and their own set of rules, but even those change month by month depending on the hardships of the CCP. Except any games mentioning Taiwan have to get that shit removed pronto, they'll never get rid of that rule.

Considering that right now, NYC has a high crime rate and gun violence skyrocketing through the roof, I’m not even sure how parents would justify this. But then again, I’m no pearl-clutcher.

Even though the same crowd that wanted to defund our police department would literally get killed by the same criminals that take advantage of the loopholes in our justice system.

Not doubt it would get praise, but the gangsta rap shtick would get old immediately. Plus, I also remember the negative reviews actual critics gave it. Pretty insane time for a rapper to have his own game, especially before his rival Kanye West wanted to get one made for his mother.
