You're wrong about 13 sentinels not being acknowledged, it had pretty big advertising on the playstation store when it came out and became one of vanillaware's highest selling games. It got a shitlload of merch too. Vanilaware isn't doing the port, it's Atlus. Atlus is also porting Shin megami tensei 5 to PS4/PS5 for much the same reasons, because they can due to no more existing limited exclusivity agreement. 13 sentinels sold around half a million units and Dragon's Crown only reached a little under a million and that was after the PS3,Vita, and PS4 port.
Falcom is bringing development in house because thewy're more than likely doing what Spike Chun-soft did and are going to be a global publisher themselves. Sony has been working with Falcom for the full season of the Legend of Heroes TV series. Which they are also directly funding. This is more or less so Falcom can essentially do what larger companies like Square Enix does in the near future.
What drives third parties towards playstation is that they help fund the games, which is something that nintendo doesn't do for the vast majority. As long as sony keeps giving them cash, they'll keep coming. That's happened since the original playstation and they never stopped that, there's zero ideological reasons.
You keep pushing the very dishonest line about the PS5 being a commercial flop, but at this point it's surpassed the lifetime sales of the wii-u globally. Sony would need to have an Olympus sized scandal to be hiding numbers to such a large extent. The PS4 didn;t even resale in Japan until well after the US launch and it released in the US in 2013 and 2014 in Japan. The PS3 only sold 3-4 million in it's first year and that went on to sell 90 million. For the PS5 to be worse than the PS4 this would mean over 10 million systems are being held up in a void and not being turned on. There's scalping but people are paying the high prices because demand would have died out if there was zero demand like the PS3. The PS5 has been out a full year and it's still selling out. That's not what a commercial flop does.
Your entire personification of the whole situation is wrong. When Nintendo decides to step in and directly fund a mirrad of different shit, that would be a more equal situation, but they haven't. They're still pushing their first party games over everything else.
Actually no, the Senran kagura Games had most of the stuff made by Tamsoft who seemed to do the Lion's share worth of work when it came to programming and stuff like that.
Tamsoft didn't suffer such a loss of talent

Marvelous made a bunch of very retarded decisions and by 2019-2020 they were bought up by a Chiense company. Them spending all that money on the Akiba dub really did fuck them for years.
