Cringe posts deletion question

I posted a lot of schizophrenia on my main page but i want to leave only the cool ones and delete the cringier dumber posts so my profile looks cooler is that valid if they are a lot?
And do i need to give a reason to every post i delete? feeling a bit lazy 4 that
