I'm fairly sure that around 2014 there were bans for Kiwis who went there to shit up the place to make garbage CWCkiforums vs. /cow/ threads but idk, you may be right.

JEWS did not run /cow/ in 2014. SpacePirate ran the equivalent on n0chan called, uh ... I forget. SpacePirate is easily forgettable. SpacePirate banned a lot of lolcows and everyone hated him for being a fag so when JEWS took over he did the exact opposite.
