Québec has been the strictest place in North America ever since the whole COVID-19 started. They are now actively isolating regions. Her excuse might fly once or twice but they will most likely force her to shop in Gatineau if they see her going out every day.

If that happened, it will be interesting to see if this changes her mind about moving. No Farm Boy, Arbys and many others of Chantal's favorites in Québec. This might be the break Bibi needs to force her trotter.

Travelling through regions is now restricted in Québec. You can't, for example, travel from Gatineau to Montréal excepting for medical emergency or for work. I'm pretty sure crossing to Ontario will be restricted as well. Major highways are controlled and you can be fined if you are not complying.

Meanwhile Chantal is still out at the grocery store, or so I suppose based on this video :

Because we need another proof that Chantal doesn't speak french : RESTEZ À LA MAISON are the words François Legault, prime minister of Québec (where she lives...) has been saying every damn day for the past week in his daily press conference. Trudeau also stated to stay home excepting if you must go out for food, medication, medical emergency or because you are an essential worker.

Now. When Trudeau states that you can go out for food, it means to get your ass at the grocery store, load your cart with 2 weeks worth of food, and stay home for the next 14 days. It doesn't mean to drive to your local McD every damn night. Plus, isn't it just common sense to go out as little as possible during a pandemic?

This bitch has been out every day since Bibi started showing covid-like symptoms.
 
You can get fresh air if you open windows regularly your apartment. And what kind of fresh air she gets in the car? Do they have police patrols in her area that check people and cars to be sure people are out because they have a legitimate reason?

Agree. They're projecting that Ontario is expecting about 15,000 deaths. Currently, Quebec (~5,734) and Ontario (~2,165) have the most COVID-19 cases within Canada. It's getting worse each day, as you can probably expect, and keep in mind that Canada has fewer people than America. Idiots like Chantal don't really seem to be taking that many extra precautions and are the reason why we could end up in a possible lockdown situation.
In general, Chantal doesn't care about her own health or others around her. There are people who are struggling to pay their bills and even afford food right now. Canadian Food Banks were running low on supplies, so the government had to give them money so they could help others. Yet, Chantal is wasting her time by consuming so much food and flaunting her "wealth" and saying that she's "rich." Yeah, she suuuure seems like someone who is worried about the situation and others.

Also, even though Chantal is the one consuming food, she's actually consumed by food. Even in her haul of face and hair products, she kept stating how "yummy" they were and how good they smelled. She will literally love anything and everything if it reminds her of food.

If there was a food shortage, a shut down of fast-food chains, or anything that potentially took away food from Chantal, I bet she would have been more stressed and worried about that than this pandemic.

The problem with this mindset is that if you don't adhear to it as is, and your excuse is 'I can, cuz its not illegal', then guess what: the govt will escalate the response, MAKING it illegal with ramifications. I had posted a link days ago about how a third of corona deaths had pre-existing conditions such as obesity, diabetes and pulmonary issues. For those who have more than just one of these conditions, the stats are even worse.

not to mention the sheer number of people it will take to move and care for a a morbidly obese, unconscious, ventilator dependent, useless person like chantal. She is just not going to fit the criteria for getting a ventilator. they also look at the persons lifestyle when life saving but limited resources are being given to patients.

(for instance, years ago there was a teen who needed a heart transplant but was denied due to his lifestyle ( gang banging, smoking, low compliance with doctors, etc). He was turned down but because he was black, his people screamed discrimination and made a huge stink. So mr gang banger got his heart.
He died within a few years....when he crashed his car while being pursued by police after committing an armed robbery. So there was a heart wasted on a pos)

So hospital committees have to carefully screen recipients of lifesaving resources. Chinny does not fit the bill in any way. Hell even her own family will be the first to say that it is best to just let her die and to not waste resources on her.

Yes, the video itself is funny (Godbear bless these men for finding just a tiny smidge of joy in their awful situation rn) but the caption that comes under it makes a good point, imho, and just goes to show how Chinny-Chinny and other fatass, entitled assholes like her are indirectly causing difficulties like this in labor force worker's lives because "omg essential." Construction workers, plumbers, movers, all these people are still busting their asses and working in unsafe conditions through the Corona apocalypse because they are being told they have to.
So of course Cuntal wants movers to haul her garbage poorfag furniture around her new FaNcY aPaRtMeNt for her. Of course she does.

We're still on the upslope of the epidemic curve with no indications that's going to end any time soon.

She's going to be some cranky before & during moving day & no doubt will need a prolonged session at the feeding trough to assuage her sensitive feelz.

Store entrances are now heavily monitored with security that only allow a certain amount of people at once inside the store to respect social distancing. There are requirements before being admitted and one of them is that you have to wash your hands.

So she gets no credit because while she is not lying about the washing stations, she specifically omitted the part about it being compulsory to brag about her hygiene. Nice try Chantal.

She needs to be aware that on top of the 429 confirmed cases in Ottawa alone, (more overall in the broad region), it's estimated that there are between 11,000 - 34,000 cases in Ottawa. Criteria for testing are ridiculous; a close acquaintance of mine knows a good half dozen people who meet the symptom criteria for CoVD but aren't getting tested. Oh hell, she probably doesn't give a rat's ass, as long as she can keep cruising to the drive throughs for her latest batch of swill.

Its been pretty consistent talk up here about how the Orange man is fucking up our relief effort by intercepting and taking supplies and ordering 3M to not provide Canada with masks (even though, brilliantly, the materials for said masks are provided by Canada). He also threatened to send the army to the border (???) as if anyone wants to go from Canada, with 20,000 cases, to the hotspot USA with almost 450,000. Peetz is a moron but Trump sabotaging Canada/USA relations has been huge news the past few weeks. Everyone knows.

“Everyone knows” - apparently not because all we get to hear about here in the UK is the NHS and updates on how our prime minister is doing in and out of the ICU. We don’t have any major politics going on right now, just clapping for the NHS apparently.
 
Don’t know how much this would matter, but I found some people sperging out and saying they’re reporting her to RCMP. Two claimed they have, but said they have to go through her videos and compile them to send in and show actual proof of it.

I know fuck all about what the protocol for social distancing and staying inside is for Canada right now, so anyone able to provide more info on this would be appreciated.

RCMP announced today that being caught defying quarantine rules is punishable with a $1 million fine or up to 3 years in jail.

Just an FYI.
 
RCMP have jurisdiction on federal property, (National Capital Commission parkways & the parking lot where she peed counts), & are the contracted police force for provinces without a provincial force. Ottawa Police is the first best bet for anyone wanting to go that route but they're probably overloaded with such calls. The Prime Minister has not declared a national state of emergency so I'm not sure about RCMP jurisdiction in this matter. I can find out easily enough. As to quarantine - yes, the RCMP DO have jurisdiction for enforcing that & they will be checking on people as quarantine orders ARE federal. But that is QUARANTINE. She & Bibi were apparently in self-isolation & that is a provincial order & no doubt a city one as well. I'll check with my favorite RMCP officer tomorrow to confirm.

We've been hit with an endless barrage of recommendations, proclamations, edicts & strong suggestions but every government authority has been clear - stay the hell home unless it's necessary. Fast food runs are not necessary. Trust me, every fast food joint in the country is doing delivery - most of them free to hang on to precious market share & warm fuzzies from stressed out customers. Going out to walk your dog, talk a walk for fresh air & exercise or a bike ride for same is fine, as long as people respect social distancing & keep it reasonable.

Here's a free Canadian civics lesson - we have a Constitution & Bill of Rights. Unlike the US, those rights aren't seen as unalienable; there's a clause, (I forget the exact wording), that states that such rights can be suspended temporarily under circumstances that citizens would deem reasonable. This would qualify. The govt. will have to be careful they don't overshoot though as I have no doubt a bunch of lawyers are taking careful notes for potential law suits after.
