Well anything could be hypothetically possible. I could throw a quarter in the air and have it land on it's side. How much do you want to bet that happens?

The other question is what reason do you have to suspect that Chris is actually innocent? Do you think there's a fault in any of the evidence provided so far? If so why?

Well, I'm not an international law specialist but I did once take a seminar on the international criminal court so sure I'm qualified to give a take on this.

The thing about diplomatic immunity, see, is that while yes one generally isn't prosecuted the offending diplomat is typically swiftly returned to their country of origin.

In the case of Chris that's apparently either the inside of a game console or a place called CWCVille in an alternate dimension.

And since only Smith&Wesson Airlines have any flights that might go that way . . .

Well, not an obligation. It's just typically the way we deal with offending diplomats - sure, we can't prosecute you but you're not welcome in our country anymore.

Pretty much this, when news first broke it was easy to write it off as weens being retarded again making Chris say shit. But no, the mountains of evidence came pouring in and Chris is fucked.
